At AVADE STREETWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

AVADE STREETWEAR offers both in-stock products and made-to-order products. Because these products are fulfilled differently, our return policy varies depending on the item purchased.

Origin 440 Collection (In-Stock Products)

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original tags and packaging where possible.

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Made-to-Order Products

Products made specifically after you place your order (including items from our Limitless Collection) are produced individually and cannot usually be restocked.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size.
• Changing your mind.
• Personal preference.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the problem.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll arrange either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
