At AVADE STREETWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the incorrect item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the problem.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll arrange either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
